As per my opinion, you can plan a consultation online or in person with a Psychiatrist so that proper evaluation can be done. Symptoms need to be further explored in terms of duration, frequency, impairment in your personal, professional or social life. It is depression or Adjustment Disorder, it can be commented once detailed symptoms assessment done.On going stresses also need to be discussed so that while planning treatment, medications with relaxation exercise and problem solving techniques can be advised as per need.
Next Steps
plan a consultation
Health Tips
do not worry or think too  much, once assessment is properly done, you will be alright as before

Hi I'm here You’re carrying a lot inside overthinking, anxiety, emotional pain, and guilt from hurting someone you care about. It feels like your mind won’t stop spinning and your heart is sinking deeper. This isn’t just “stress” this is your mind asking for help. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Therapy can give you a safe space to untangle these thoughts, learn calming tools, and rebuild your emotional balance. Healing is possible, and it starts with one honest step. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
Health Tips
When overthinking takes over, pause and name just one thing around you what you see, hear, or feel. It grounds your mind in the now, not the “what ifs.” Even 60 seconds of deep breathing while doing this can reset your anxious spiral.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you're experiencing significant emotional distress, including symptoms of anxiety, overthinking, and depression. These can often co-exist and feed into each other, especially when interpersonal conflicts are involved. The urge to isolate, feelings of hopelessness, and the worry about hurting others are common in depressive states — but please know that help is available, and recovery is possible.
Next Steps
Next Step (What should the patient do next?): I strongly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a psychiatrist. You may benefit from a proper diagnosis and a treatment plan which could include therapy, lifestyle changes, and in some cases, medication for short- or long-term stabilization. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or supportive therapy can be especially helpful in managing overthinking, emotional regulation, and relationship-related stress.
Health Tips
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution: Please don’t ignore these feelings or try to “manage it alone.” Depression and anxiety are medical conditions — not personal failures. Avoid bottling up emotions. Expressing them in a safe therapeutic environment can bring great relief. Ensure you’re getting regular sleep, eating well, and staying physically active — these play a big role in mental health. If at any point you feel like hurting yourself, seek immediate help from a nearby psychiatrist or emergency service. --- 📍 Dr Shivam Bhandari Jain — Consultant Psychiatrist 🏥 Health 4 U Clinic, 249 Gufa Mandir Road, Near First Step School, Jain Nagar, Nayapura, Lalghati, Bhopal 🕕 Clinic Timings: Monday to Saturday, 6 PM – 8 PM 📞 Call: Eight Eight Seven One Five Eight Two Six Seven Zero 📲 Instagram: @mentalhealth.4you ⭐ Google us: Search Dr Shivam Bhandari Jain on Google for location & reviews
