Neck spasm
Hello I've a neck spasm since morning. Can't move my neck to right side. And shoulder is also hurting while sitting or sleeping in certain positions. Please suggest something. Thank you

You are having cervical muscle spasm. Take paracetamol 650mg twice daily for pain. Do hot water bag presses for 5-10mins thrice a day.
