Neck pain shoulder pain
I need a prescription for 3-4 weeks of rest as I have neck & shoulder pain and would like to go for physiotherapy plus rest for a month. I need a prescription mentioning same to apply leave in office. Please let me know who can help, i can book appointment.

I don’t give a prescription for rest without a thorough examination. And may be X-ray too. Even Physio without a proper diagnosis can be dangerous.
