Hi , This seems to be a neck muscle spasm or called as neck catch in normal terms.
I Advise Tab Flexon thrice a day for 2 days if pain is intense or Tab Dolo 650 thrice a day for 3 days if it's mild.

If it doesn't subside, you can see a physiotherapist. Ultrasound will help you and light soothing massage.
Take electrotherapy for a week, there might be some sprain due yo which you are getting pain
Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy.
Hello there is a strain on your atlas joint and C6 C7 because of that the muscles are getting loose SCM muscles are loose, you will also be feeling tingling in your hand, after that your nearest physiotherapist
To try with you can apply cold pack to that pain area thrice a day for 5mins .continue this for 3days ,if it doesn’t feel better see a physiotherapist near you as may be you have developed trigger points which can be released with therapy.Hope this helps you.

Sir turning head n feeling neck pain will not go on its own . Do hot fomentation for 10 to 15 min on neck . Apply voveron gel or any other muscle relaxant. If pain persists visit your nearby physio therapy clinic
