Neck/shoulder pain, light head balance
I am suffering from periodic neck pain along with shoulder pain and light head also sometimes I am not able to balance... It seems like I am losing control... I work 8-9 hours daily on laptop since last 8-9 years.

Hi symptoms are relating with cervical spondylosis. Some postural corrections need to be done. N for neck pain visit physio therapy clinic for electro therapy. At home apply warm fomentation n voilini gel application. Avoid forward neck bending n lifting heavy weights. Some neck strengthening excs will be helpful

This is cervical spondylosis you are siffering with, consult in person with physiotherapist and take treatment on time to avoid further more invrease in radiating pain.

nowadays these kinds of problems are more common in those who are all working with laptop or computer maybe your fascial tightness will cause this stress kind of pain and your upper back muscle will get weak and the front part of your muscles will get tight so you need to take a session with an osteopathy or physiotherapist for this kind of uncomfortable
