Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk. Take high high calorie & good fat in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur metabolism. In breakfast take high protein diet. Take 3main meal with the 2 snacks.
