My mouth smells badly
It's been 2 years or more I am facing this Even though I brush my teeth in the morning my mouth starts to smell after 5 to 6 hours and along with that the taste of my tongue gets change . Also I am having declining gums on canine. Is this related to my digestive system or any kidney disease Please help me if someone is able to understand my problem

Pl get your teeth cleaning done once every 6 months. The smell is due to plaque accumulation. Also, please rinse with a mouthwash twice daily after meals. You can use a tongue cleaner every time you brush to maintain proper oral hygiene.

Upon review these were the findings - C/c- Patient complains of bad breath after 5-6 hrs of daily brushing, also bad taste since 2years and receding gum line on canine region Elaborately these are to be done for - History of oral hygiene maintenance, hormonal changes, gastric disturbances and other organs-halitosis, Gum line recession irt canine-tooth brush trauma? gingival inflammation and gum line recession? periodontal cause? Provisional diagnosis - Chronic generalised gingivitis? Differential diagnosis - Periodontal involvement? receding gum line Menstrual cycle history and hormones causing gingival problems Diagnostic tests - Plaque and calculus staining for oral hygiene check Treatment advise for - Oral prohylaxis with oral hygiene instructions Use? of mouth wash Do you have bad odour from mouth? is it from poor oral hygiene? or from metabolic origin from gastric cause called- bad odour -halitosis Clinical review and refer Prognosis - fair
