I have tendon related injury from last 3-4 years.. Mainly because of repetitive stress injury.. Injury happened during gym and i couldnt recover well due to lack of knowledge and without guidance.. I have taken tendocare medicine for an year or so and had twice phsyio sessions where i was given electric, wax and heating treatments.. Pain keeps coming back and i am unable to do any exercise as both my arms and elbows are affected.. Pls suggest me a permanent remedy.

See a manual Physiotherapist who will help u release your tight fascia and muscles with the help of Myofascial therapy. He/she will also teach you the correct way to do exercise. Also u can help yourself by using hot pack twice a day for Ur low back and buttocks.

Most probably as per your explanation it looks like RSI as u also told. You will need trigger point therapy,myofascial release techniques followed by corrective exercises. Also need to look at cause of injury and eliminate the risk factors.

Dont try self treatment at home,you might be doing more harm than good.
Wax is contra indicated ,after knowing grade of tendinitis need to decide ,plan for splinting and class 3 b or class 4 laser ,after pain management plan rehabilitation
