I m nursing a Rsi type injury in both my elbows and around forearm due to lifting improperly in the gym 2-3 years ago.. I have tried physiotherapy twice Where i was given Tense, heat, wax and some exercise with terra bands.. I use to recover temporarily but pain keeps coming back, especially after any physical activity with arm like exercise, writing, placing elbow on desk..i have tried braces but those seem to work temporary.. I havent able to exercise and have gained considerable weigt.. Feeling depressed.. Pls guide me a permanent solution and the time frame required coz i m working.. I am willing to travel and get it rectified.. Thanks

So the tendon is injured because of repetitive strain it get on it .but not everyone gets it on doing the same pattern of work or exercises.many time the restriction or strain in the other part of the body is reflected on the muscle or tendon which he injured, one has to find out the source of tendon which is causing the extra strain on ur elbow.

It take 6months of time to recover from rsi, in some cases it may take long time to to heal.
