You have a chronic pain for which you need complete assessment. You should find out the root cause of your problem. Electro therapy will help you to reduce pain, swelling, improves your blood circulation but it is a temporary solution. It should be followed by exercise therapy which will help you to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Since you have chronic pain you may require long time exercise therapy to avoid recurrence.
Next Steps
You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment in person.

The need is to focus on your activities that are contributing to this muscle and tendon issue. You need to identify those risk factors and address them with ergonomics, appropriate stretching exercises followed by gradual strengthening program.

As I can see that you have chronic pain . I want to know on pain scale from 0 to 10 how much you can scale. And it will be good if you can consult us in person because some times chronic pain requires thorough assessment. I will suggest you to go for ultrasonography for your elbow to see any adherence. But yes I am 100% sure that your this problem will only go with physiotherapy.
