Tibialis anterior tendon sprain
Recently i started getting pain on my tibialis anterior tendon (i think) on the left foot. It gets slightly painful when i raise the foot towards myself. But i feel the most pain when i turn my foot inwards. When walking there is slight pain initially but it goes away soon after. However, the pain comes back when i stop walking. I also felt a sudden jolt of pain in my knee, on the same leg twice and i wonder if its related. I'd also like to add that for the past month and a half I've been walking 16-18 km a day, 5 days a week for weight loss. So i want to ask if i do consult a doctor which specialist do i go to? An orthopedic, a podiatrist, a physiotherapist or all of them?

Kindly visit a nearby sports Physiotherapist for detailed assessment. Yes in many cases, foot and knee are inter-related. In your case, walking for such a long distance could also be one of the reasons for the knee pain.
Next Steps
Till you visit a specialist, you can immerse your foot in Epson salt, for 10 to 15 mins in lukewarm water. That will help to give relief in the pain while you move your foot inward.
Health Tips
Use a knee support till you get your problem assessed when you go for your walks.

A sports physiotherapist could be your first option. A foot assessment, muscle tightness, weakness, gait assessment and joint mobility would be an ideal way to go. This needs to be in person
