Tennis Elbow/Repetitive stres Injury
I have tennis elbow/ repetitive stress injury around both my elbows and forearm from over lifting in gym and has turned chronic due to mis management over the years..it's been5 yrs .I had physiotherapy twice but it did not help get me a permanent solution..I want to work out again..Pls suggest me a permanent solution in and around Delhi it possible..And the no of days required for treatment..Is laser therapy beneficial.

Hello sir, It's a known case of chronic tennis elbow.If tennis elbow does not well treated in acute phase it becomes chronic and recurrent.The permanent solution for your problem is proper physio rehab Which will include *Rest(stop cause of pain& wear tennis elbow strap) *Wax therapy (to break the adhesions)which might be the result of improper healing of the lesion *Joint mobilization *Ultrasound therapy *Stretching and strengthening exercises Number of day for treatment may vary from 7-10 days..

You should avoid lifting heavy weights. You should do stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist for complete assessment and treatment.

1.First of all stop doing zym or exercise. If this occur again n again due to exercise then stop it .to avoid further injury. 2.  Apply hot fermentation .dynapar QPS spray 3   Rest to elbow will recover u soon . 4.   Wax therapy is beneficial. N ultrasonic 5   avoid dahi .udad dal . 6   after 4 to 5 days then do exercise if relief in pain.

Apply hot pack twice a day at home. take ultrasound/laser therapy for 2 weeks. Everything will be fine.

Hello sir. Please do consult an orthopedician. Laser therapy can be helpful as it increase blood circulation and help in healing the micro tears.

Apply cold and hot packs alternatively on later side of elbow 2/ 3 times a day. Wear a brace while lifting weights.

Precautions: Avoid lifting heavy weights Treatment at home: Use cold pack twice daily, Start streching exercises at home,Use tennis elbow brace only remove it at night.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment Take ultrasonic therapy for few days to reduce the inflammation in the muscles,then start doing strengthening exercises to forearm muscles. Use elbow splint to support the muscles.
