With appropriate strengthening, gradual reintroduction to gym workouts, and adherence to physiotherapy principles, you can minimize the risk of re-injury. Regularly consult with a physiotherapist to monitor your progress and adjust your regimen as needed.
Next Steps

Along with physiotherapy there are other methods we could attempt to reduce the discomfort and avoid recurrence of symptoms. Ranging from bracing, biomechanical chain retraining, local injections, and so on. Try to visit a PMR physician ( physiatrist) for a comprehensive management.

Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy
I can help you to clear the residual pain and can treat your tennis elbow completely. U may consult us for that.
Hi, glad that you have almost recovered. However your condition was chronic and your pain is better but as u mentioned it occured due to repeated stress on your tricep muscle which somewhere means your muscle needs to be trained and your biomechanics needs to be corrected to prevent further injury as your goal is gymming.
Next Steps
Get yourself consulted and go for a rehab and functional training.
