Post Tennis Elbow Rehabilitation
I am a bodybuilder & l suffered from Tennis Elbow for 2 and a half years.. Now it is healed, & while I keep traveling, I am advice to continue exercising with gradual increase in weights. I am also told that muscle soreness is normal. However, due to workouts, even though I lift less, I am developing tender points in old and new areas, which is probably due to the weak muscle. I'm taking GNC Triflex, Mass Gainer & Glutamine to gain muscle fast and help with recovery of workouts. I do soft tissue massage and icing after workouts, however my workouts are, at the moment very irregular to give a lot of rest to the muscle. How do I help my tender points.??
