Hi.. Possibility of getting injured while driving a car with high speed in a speed breaker is less. But still If you have a doubt, I would like to know what causes that doubt. I mean do you have pain on your low back or pain radiating from your back to lower abdomen or any blood while emptying your bladder etc.. If you have any of these symptoms you can consult a Nephrologist or Urologist.

If you are driving car at a very high speed and riding over a speed breaker than there are hardly any chances to get injured your kidney, but  you can have back pain.
Next Steps
1. Urine examination . like difficulty in passing urine, look for colour of urinr wheather it is red or not? 2. Acute pain in lower back 3. Go for lower abdomen ultrasound 4. To check kidney you can consult urologist or nephrologist.
Health Tips
Drive safely and fasten your seat belt properly because it can reduce the impact of injury.

Sudden jerks has less impact on internal organs like kidney, stomach or liver. If you experience pain which occurs from left side of your low back and continues to the left side of your waist region in front, it is indicative of kidney problem. Kidney pains are excruciating pains which are usually intolerable for a patient. So if you're experiencing such kind of pain in your left side of waist, you need to consult a physician for further evaluation.

Hai I think why such a kind of doubt happen normally travelling in a car when u come across a speed breaker if u don’t reduce ur speed level and go beyond it u May feel a impact of ur abdomen where u think it may interfere in ur kidney it is not true be practical in analysing normally if ur not seated properly in ur seat the steering might have compressed ur abdomen just see if there any bruising over the area . More over kidney function is entirely different with respect to ur urination problem if u feel any irritation while passing urine then u can guess but this is not the right time to think about it . Any pain n the back also may cause pain in the abdomen becoz of the speed breaker . Hope u get clear view on ur doubt . Take care safe riding
