Shoulder gym Injury
I have a shoulder injury, which is gym related. The shoulder socket bones rub against each other in a slightly painful way when I rotate my shoulder. Need someone to please advise. Thanks.

Dislocation for the shoulder joint is common... When u lift the heavy weights or in a wrong manner this happens Even soft tissue injury also gives u pain and inflammation happens.

do not gym with this pain.. give rest for few weeks

Consult physiotherapist as soon as possible! Apply hot and cold pack alternately until you consult physiotherapist!

Consult your nearby physiotherapist and start with hot water fermentation followed by any ointment...and do rest your shoulder to prevent from more injury..

Hi.. Shoulder injury takes sometime to heal... Better to visit physio nearby.. for strengthening exercises.. Start with hot water formantation for 10-15mins.. followed by myolaxin ointment.. avoid lifting weights till the injury is healed.. U can continue gym for lower body..and cardio is must.. Thank u
