Don't know how may be due to cramp my neck and shoulder area is panning like hell, now that pain increased and reached to my left hand as well.
Kindly help me out with an effective solution.

Sir it’s a disc problem stage 2
Disc comes out and it compressed your neutral root causing this symptom called rediculopathy
Pain must be in right arm probably
Your C4 -C5 must be misalignment seems like

Is it a radiating pain? If so might need to be assessed to rule out nerve involvement
If it's localised pain. And u feel d hardness in particular area it could be just muscle spasm.
Reason could be faulty sleeping position .
Even prolonged poor posture may result in neck pain.
