Cramp in neck
I get frequent cramps in my right side of neck. Why does it happen? Some instances i get when i am in very cold space or do heavy workout... At such times when i breat in heavily i get cramps. Please guide.

Frequent cramps are associated with calcium deficiency, dehydration and improper muscle action. Unless there is an underlying musculoskeletal problem associated with it

Mam please check your posture. It might not be correct. Proper assessment needs to be done. May be cervical issues triggers with cold, but investigations needed to confirm the actual reason. While work out again posture matters a lot

Due to deficiency of vitamins sometimes you get cramps or due to over usage of muscles leads to cramps. Apply heat or cold pack, reduce pressure on the muscles, maintain proper posture take healthy vitamins rich diet.
