Muscles cramps left of neck
I have joined dance class day before yesterday. When i was doing my practice i feel some stretch at the left side of my backbone like when i move the arm up and down i feel stretch at left side of back bone. After that i noticed i cant move my neck to left side. How to cure this

Hi Do hot water fermentation twice a day may be muscle is going under spasm or tightness or you just done over stretch of muscle.

First of all use Icepack for 10-15 min (do not rub ) Then after that do neck movements( flexion- Extension, side to side flexion and neck rotation) (slow 12-15 reps) After that lying in prone position do horizontal Shoulder abduction (left arm). For 10-12 reps And apply same after 2-3 hrs Do movements 2-3 time a day.
Next Steps
Use ice pack 10-15 min and repeat it 4-5 time a day.
