Muscle strain.
I 've been suffering from lower back ache since past one week. I tried massaging a balm but it has no effect , the pain continued and now I have started feeling immense pain near the upper pectoral region near the shoulders and mid back what can I do?

Take hot water Fomentation on Back. Also avoid forward bending n exertion. Also visit to the Physiotherapist near by.

A balm will be of no use kindly apply ice pack to that area and relax ur self more over u need to sleep properly in bed learn proper ergonomic please to avoid such kind of pain kindly visit a Physio for the same
