Lower leftside back ache
My lower back left side pain above buttocks has been going on for a year now. 6 months ago had pain which went down till feet. It was sciatica, so I did yoga stretches for it and the pain went away after I did yoga for 3 weeks. Then I started weight training when the lockdown was lifted. One day I did leg curl. My back seized. So next day I was given injection and pain relievers and vitamin b. I took rest for a month. And again I started with gymming. But stayed away from leg curl machine. So I did lot of core exercises and pilates. The back ache started reducing but never went away completely. Can't stand for long. Will get deadly lower leftside back ache. Cannot sit down with folded legs(palathi) lower left back above buttocks starts aching. After 2nd wave of Covid, I did not return to gym. No maid. So cooking, cleaning and washing vessels. Washing vessels worsens my back ache. And standing for a long time. Have to go and lie down. This pain does not completely go away. Always naggin
