Muscle spasms
I have severe muscle spasms & stiffness in hip flexor and hamstring more on right side. Day to activities are difficult consulted few neuros and nothing diagnosed. I doubt it's due to anterior pelvic tilt with excessive lordosis which is causing this as spasms are in control only while streching. I need expertise advise to diagnose from therapist point of view as my brain/spine are normal.

I would like to suggest you hot water bag for 20-30mins in the paon area in order to reduce your spasm and stiffness then opt for stretches but only passive stretches for 10days.
Next Steps
Start going for walks bt not more than 20mins. And do upright cycling exercises for best results. For more basic exercises do consult.
Health Tips
If pain occurs stop exercises and stretching.

Check Your Vitamin D and B12 levels. You need further assesment regarding any problem with your hip joint and to see antiepileptic medication (which can cause electrolyte imbalance).
