Paraspinal muscle spasms
Pain in left side upper back since 4 days. Doctor has prescribed an ointment and a couple of tablets one of them is paracetamol. The pain is little bit lesser compared to yesterday. But it's difficult to move, walk, get up, sleep, bend, etc. How long will it take to heal completely? And what home remedies or exercises can help? I am using heat packs and ointment once in a day.
