Muscle soreness
I feel muscle soreness around my waist after work out...also gained some weight..why this happening..M very disappointed..I wanted to loose some weight but it's just reversing..

Hi.. do stretching after work out.., Have plenty of fluids to reduce soreness Have patience for weight loss n Check ur diet schedule also for effective weight loss..

Do stretching of ur waist muscles. Do warm up before and after workout. Take plenty of water. Also use Hot Pack to relax the muscles.
