Multiple caries
My front teeth are slightly dissolved and cavities in back teeth.However I donot feel any pain and cannot afford RCT of all teeth and there is plaque deposited on all teeth. What can I do? See the photo attached.

Hi sir....    Your front teeth is affected from Dental caries... You need to get tooth coloured fillings like composite for your front teeth if the caroes doesnt involve your nerve layer of your teeth... It is mandatory to take IOPA of front teeth to confirm whether the caries doesnt reach your nerve layer... ** If IOPA shows nerve involvement then RCT is mandatory to preserve your teeth....   For back tooth cavities also if you donot have nerve involvement then go with simple fillings otherwise RCT is indicated... If the clinical examination of your back teeth cavities looks deep, then take X_ray to confirm whether nerve is involved or not... pain cannot be felt i

U can get fillings done for ur upper front teeth . They need immediate treatment if delayed will require rct . Rct can be avoided if Treatment is done asap.Also, get composite fillings done for ur upper teeth which would look pleasing and esthetic if done correctly .
