Please see a dentist and after getting an Xray done get it treated asap. The cavities are big and if tou delay any further they might leas to further damage and treatment cost might go up cause of the delay . Please visit dentist at the earliest and get them restored

It's crucial to address cavities promptly. Based on the image, it's recommended to get an x-ray to assess cavity depth. Consider a dental exam for symptoms like sensitivity or pain, as treatment varies. If pain persists, especially at night, it may indicate pulp involvement, possibly requiring a root canal. Consult a dentist for a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment, as preserving permanent teeth is essential, especially at a young age like 20.
Next Steps
Dentist consultation and xray

Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation,  X ray and treatment (as required). If cavity is shallow,  doctor will do filling/restoration. If cavity is deep, doctor will do RCT/Extraction (as per required).

From what I can see in the photo that you’ve posted, the cavities might be a bit deep but I can’t be 100% about it until I have an xray to read. Does any of your tooth pain when food gets stuck? Or is there any sensitivity?
Next Steps
You should visit your dentist and get an x-ray done. Sometimes it might look like a small cavity but it can be wide and deep within. If it’s not that deep your dentist will suggest a restoration but if the cavity is extending to your pulp (nerves of the tooth) then you will have to go under root canal treatment.
Health Tips
Don’t let food be stuck in those cavities. Although the cavity is irreversible but you still wouldn’t want the situation to worsen.
