Mouth ulcers and throad hurts since last two days, no stomatch upset, no constipation. i haven't been able to speak well, or drink water or eat food.

Take vitamin B-complex for mouth ulcers. And visit to a dentist if its due to any sharp tooth. Then grinding of that tooth will be done. Otherwise some tests will be required.
