Hello, you could use a topical gel like Dologel-CT.Apply it 5-6 times every day for about 10 days over the ulcers.Do not eat/drink for the next 20 min.Wash your mouth after this time interval. Have plenty of fresh fruits/vegetables and avoid spicy food for sometime. You can also take multivitamin tablets for 15 days. Regards DR SUMAN MAKAM DENTAL ARTS BANGALORE
