I have red spots on the roof of the mouth Is it mouth ulcer??? And some sore on tongue And by the way is it mouth ulcer on the roof of mouth??? Or anything else

Red spots are unlikely to be ulcers. Sometimes irritation on the palate or eating something that has irritated that area can cause red spots. To diagnose properly it is required to clinically examine you.
