Mouth ulcers
I have developed mouth ulcers primarily on my tongue and it's quite painful. It usually resolves when I take Vitamin B 12. Should I take Zincovit or Becosule for it?

exact cause of the mouth ulcers are not very clear, though vitamin b complex may associated with.Apply zytee l gel and Tess oral paste 3 times daily and take vitamin b complex tablets for a few weeks.

Vitamin B deficiency / deformed teeth/ chemicals and infection may cause mouth ulcers.
It's better to consult a doctor to r/o leuko/erythrroplakia and to find cause of ulcer.
If the cause is vit B deficiency, Vit B supplements and local ointments are helpful for the treatment.
