Mouth ulcers take 1-2 weeks to resolve. Have cool and soft food like curd etc. avoid hot and spicy food. Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area 6-7 times a day. Wait for a few days. If it doesn’t resolve in another week consult a dentist
