Mouth ulcer
The other day, i accidentally hurt my gums while brushing the teeth too hard. As a result of which i have a very painful mouth wound/ulcer. Please suggest me remedies of healing it quickly. Its been 3 days and it is quite painful.

Please avoid brushing very fast Wash your mouth clearly after taking food to avoid any infection Don't add spicy in the food it will irritate the wound Don't worry pain will settle automatically in one or two days
