Mouth ulcers can be due to Stress, Vitamin deficiency, gastic problems, indigestion,or frequent cheek biting, all these should be ruled out. For pain relief dentogel can be applied. If it is extremely painful dentist may advise you mild steroid based ointment. But take vitamin supplements start taking Vitamin C for long time.
