Because of this I cannot eat anything I attached image that it look like small black it cause pain for me. Please give some recovery tips

Hello mam...the picture shows that the traumatic ulcer is due to irritation caused by the sharp cusp of the upper third molar and also due to the insufficient space for the lower third molar tooth/wisdom tooth.

It's because of biting of the lower jaw gum area nearest to wisdom tooth by the upper jaw wisdom tooth ;which is out of alignment. So can be fixed by smoothning the sharp cusp of upper jaw 3rd molar or may require tooth extraction.

the retromolar trigone region u are trying to show in the picture seems to be slightly inflamed. It can be due to partially errupted or angulated wisdom teeth (both upper and lower) . If thats the case then u might have to undergo wisdom teeth extraction.
