Mouth soars and ulcers

Im having prblem of mouth ulcer and soars.it happens alomost every week.Very few times i have clear mouth.Some say its about heat but still in normal days little beat of soars are there can feel it every morning.plz suggest some remedies or solution for this.

This can be due to various factors. Stress being one cause and vitamin B complex deficiency as well. U can try taking b capsule supplements and see if it's making a difference. If not please visit a general physician for the same
