My mouth is not open due to chewing gutka, I quit gutka since 1 year but my mouth is not open.. Please suggest some medicine

Your prob is only bcoz of gutkha as u already knew it by urself..You are suffering with OSMF hence the bands formed unables you to open your mouth..consult a oral surgeon who will help you by providing the best treatment either by medicine or by surgical removal of bands.
