My wife has been chewing gutkha for the last 5 to 6 years her mouth is not open properly it's only 2 fingers going inside the mouth...she tries lots of time to quit but is unable to quit... please help me out how to quit...she can't eat spicy food.

Make sure within 4-5 months she is able to get it down completely

She may need localised injections to break the thick fibrous bands and improve her mouth opening
