Consult with a doctor
Online now
Hi, I understand that you have significant complaints. I would like to get some more information about this before I offer advice. The duration of the pain, how long it takes for relief and any history of regular medicine use or alcohol use are some of the important questions I need answers to do. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink enough water (2.5-3 L/day, unless you have a medical condition which does not allow this) Ensure you get 6-8 hours of sleep
Next Steps
Kindly consult so that we can reach a diagnosis and work on it

It can be because of cervical issue or because of fluctuation in the blood pressure. See about the pillow that you are using overnight.
