There is no food restriction for monsoon, just what ever you have, make sure its perfectly washed and is clean. Cook the foods to be the safest. Don't indulge in cold food products as its easy to catch cold and cough in this weather. Avoid street food completely. Even if you have to eat outside food, make sure you eat from a good restaurants where they take care of the hygiene. Have good quality 1st class proteins to make sure your immunity stays strong and you don't fall ill.
