Wash the wound with soap under a running water tap for atleast 30 min . It will decrease the chances of Wound infection. Seek help of the TC in the train to find a Doctor on the train who can help you with First aid. As you are traveling there may be chances of sedimentation of dust and dirt on your wound so it will be better to cover your wound with sterile gauze pieces available in the First Aid provided in the train.
Next Steps
Keep your wound safe . Try to Contact a doctor as soon as possible. you may need Antirabies shots depending on the dept of the wound. Visit a district hospital soon.
