Dear sir
Am getting pain in lower molars 2nd and 3rd what tablet for temporary I can use Pls. Let me know since a month having pain in a day 4 to 5*times pain is coming and going

Hello sir...
Pain in your teeth my be due to cavitation of 2 nd and 3 rd molar or impacted 3 rd molar..
First and foremost x-ray has to be taken to rule out cavitation....if the cavity is very deep reaches innermost pulpal layer(NERVE LAYER) then root canal treatment followed by capping has to be done....
If the 3 rd molar is impacted then you need to extract the tooth followed by analgesics and antibiotics....
You can take medication of Tab.Flexon thrice daily for three days
Tab rantac 150 thrice daily for three days....Medication is only temporaray relief..

The pain might be because of wisdom tooth. Keep the area neat and clean. Use salt water gargles. Take a pain killer. You can take Acelofenac/ Diclofenac 100 mgs.

As already mentioned u can take a pain killer ketorol dt . Also u can use metrohex gel if possibly it is because of any gum infections mostly due to food lodgement.
