Milk wid egg any prb??
Is it safe to have milk with boiled eggs??? Some peopl say dat we should nt take them together otherwise it cause skin problems

Hi, in Ayurvedic treatment it is recommended that you don't take egg and milk together. But if you can manage and digest then there is no issues you can have that. Else you can have vegan milk like almond milk,oats milk or soya milk instead of cow's milk.
