Migraine headache
I am having severe migraine headache which tablet i can take as pain reliever generally my headache stops in a day but yesterday evening i had headache then morning i was fine again in afternoon i am having half headache

You should not use medication on your own. self medication is not advisable in your case. According to your history head ache is recurrent and this time severity increased so this is the time to consult a doctor for proper evaluation

Primarily u can take any nsaids but not on regular basis if u have chronic issues u can be further evaluated based on past history and medication could be started for the same

Any painkiller can be taken for headache but random medication will be more dangerous if taken without proper diagnosis  ... Most of the time headaches are primary that u dun have any particular And life style modification can keep headaches at bay after proper analysis.
