Feeling sleep most of day time.but night cant sleep much deep but sleeping is deep. howeverfeeling sleep in day ti.e also feels like head is empty. so that cant think well,study well,cant memmorise anything studying without more than three time reading. cant remember studied portions . because forgetting things the same time of reading.

Anxiety is the reason for all the mentioned symptoms like lack of sleep in the night , concentration, dullness etc. Anxiety is just like any other physical illness and can be treated through counseling session and few lifestyle changes or self therapies or exercise etc.

Reorganise your schedule. Regularise your sleep wake cycle. Sleep at night for 6-7 hours ideally. Exercise regularly. Eat proper food. Drink enough water. If not better consult a psychiatrist. Some blood test may be needed too
