Dear friend,  A minimum of 6 hours of sleep is necessary for proper functioning. Since you are unable to concentrate,  focus on what is disturbing you. 1.  Avoid eating non veg foods. 2. Increase the intake of water 3. Go for regular walking This will keep you energetic. For more advice and support feel free to contact us. Wishes

Hi I understand that you want to study and score well and I am glad you asked this because now atleast some myths related to exams will get cleared. What is happening with you is a very common phenomenon for students because when we are stressed about exams we spend too much time in planning and end up exhausted leading to need to sleep excessively. 1. First of all do you know our average concentration span is 45 minutes if we study continuously beyond 45 minutes our retention power reduces so study in span of 45 mins to 1 hours take a 15 min break (no TV no music no bed ) during this break just walk out of the room relax and come back. After you feel you studied for 2 hours like you can take a long break so taking breaks is the key to studying smart. 2. Minimum of 7 hours sleep is necessary so don't push yourself too hard because doing so will not only affect retention of new material but you may end up not studying at all.. I understand you have a lot to study but plan prioritise and study. 3. Exams are not a big deal they are a never ending process they will continue even when you grow older in some or the other form so let's deal with it like we would deal with any other problem. I feel we should focus on giving our best instead of giving our best instead of focussing on marks that will definitely reduce the stress. 4. Clear your table of clutter when you study it helps improve concentration. 5. Never study on bed. 6. Avoid junk, eat healthy. 7. Do not compare with friends focus on giving your best, remember everyone is different in speed of learning and comparison will only make things worse. 8. Vent out talk about how you are feeling with your parents, a counsellor or some adult you trust. Remember sleeping well and taking frequent breaks is the key to success in exams so don't run away from it. You can ask more questions from me if you want .
