Yes you can There's no significant interaction between the drugs you've mentioned. Though vertin is not used in case of blocked ear and sinus but yes for dizziness(vertigo) and ringing of ears(tinnitus). Hope you are taking the drug on prescription by your Ent doctor only. Take care.
