Visit a dentist and take his or her opinion. Just by taking over the counter medicines won't help for long. Painkillers can give you comfort for time being but for long term relief you need to get the root cause treated.

I understand you are in pain.
But taking a painkiller from the Pharmacy without addressing your tooth problem is not the right way.
I suggest you make a dental visit and at least be informed about why the tooth is hurting and then take the medicines prescribed by your dentist.
