Medial meniscus
I had a grade 2 tear in the medial meniscus cartilage. Can it heal on its own, or will I need surgery? I am weak, weighing only 45 kg at the age of 19, with a height of 5'8". I want to start running and be physically active again. What will happen if I choose not to undergo surgery? How will my life be in my 40s or 50s? Also, I have noticed a 1.5-inch difference in the size of my thighs. What can I do to improve this? If surgery is necessary, what would be the approximate cost?
