Grade 1 ACL sprain
Hello doctors, My MRI report shows a grade 1 ACL sprain and a horizontal tear in the medial meniscus in the posterior horn. I have been doing physiotherapy exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps since 1 and a half month and feel better now while walking and straightening the leg. Will this heal if I continue to do these exercises? How long should I wait to get running?
