Exercises intially should be done under proper guidance of physiotherapist .
A contoured LS belt must be used while travelling or sitting .
Use firm pillows under your knees to bend your knee to 45 degrees and rest in this position for min 1/2 hour .
Avoid sudden twisting or turning of your spine .
Avoid jerky movements , sitting on floor , impact sports like football , cricket must be avoided for sometime .
Rest would be taken care by your Physiotherapist.
Exercises for antherioloathesis
1. Lower tummy strengthening.
2. Deep abdominal strengthening.
3. Bridge.
4. Pelvis tilt.
5. Lower back stretch.
6. Leg stretch.
7. Piriformis stretch.
Remember if you have pain then do not do these exercises, visit physiotherapy clinic and after proper assessment of the condition you can start the treatment, sometimes with electrotherapy it can be reduced
Anterolisthesis is a forward compromise or mild limitation of one of the sections of the spine. The grade1 is still very minimal.
Usually extension exercises are highly recommended for back pain but in your case, you will have to start with flexion exercises. You would also benefit from core stability exercise after initial mobilization exercises for 4 to 6 weeks. Swimming is also extremely beneficial.
In cases where there is frequent acute irritation then a belt is recommended for the acute stages.
Hi you'll need a regulated exercise regime for your back as well as your core , so that you strengthen those muscles which will help prevent and stop the listhesis at grade 1 only and reduce it as well.

Slow and gradual strengthening of the back start with static back , bridging exercise.
